About the Role

We are looking for a relentless Full-Cycle Account Executive to join our fast-growing Legal Tech platform. This is a high-impact role for a closer who can take a warm inbound lead, conduct a masterful product demonstration, and navigate the nuances of the U.S. immigration space to close the deal.

You won't be prospecting from scratch—we provide high-quality inbound leads. Your mission is to own the entire sales process: discovery, demo, negotiation, and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle for inbound leads, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to signed contract.
  • Master the Demo: Conduct engaging, high-conversion platform demonstrations that showcase how our technology simplifies complex immigration workflows.
  • Consultative Closing: Use your expertise in the legal/immigration space to build trust, handle objections, and close high-value deals.
  • Pipeline Velocity: Maintain a high volume of activity in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring no lead is left behind and targets are crushed.
  • Strategic Enrollment: Guide new clients through the initial onboarding steps to ensure long-term platform adoption.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success as a Full-Cycle AE, SaaS Sales Specialist, or Legal Tech Closer.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with U.S. Immigration Law (Family, Asylum, or Employment-based) is essential to speak the customer's language.
  • Closing Skills: A "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs.
  • Communication: Elite verbal and written English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a massive competitive advantage.
  • Location: Must be physically based in the United States.
  • Tech Stack: Proficient with CRMs, Zoom/Google Meet, and modern sales automation tools.

What We Offer
  • Uncapped Compensation: Competitive base salary + aggressive commission structure (High OTE).
  • Warm Pipeline: Forget cold calling. We provide a steady stream of high-intent leads ready for a demo.
  • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S. in a digital-first environment.
  • Hyper-Growth: We are scaling fast; top performers will have the chance to lead and build the sales org.
  • Impact: Be part of a mission to modernize and humanize the immigration journey through technology.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in "Short-Cycle" SaaS sales (one or two-call closes).
  • Background selling to law firms or individuals navigating legal hurdles.

Important: This is a technology sales role. While expertise in immigration processes is required, providing specific legal advice is strictly prohibited.

Apply now if you are a closer who understands that in Legal Tech, speed and empathy are the keys to winning.
