Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and visionary CEO to lead a dynamic startup SaaS company dedicated to serving Christian ministries worldwide - . This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who can drive strategic growth, foster innovation, and build strong relationships within faith-based communities. As the CEO, you will shape the company's mission-driven culture, oversee all operational aspects, and ensure the delivery of impactful technology solutions that empower ministries to thrive. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of faith-based organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision to accelerate growth and expand market reach within Christian ministry sectors
  • Lead fundraising efforts, investor relations, and financial planning to ensure sustainable operations and scalability
  • Build and nurture partnerships with nonprofit networks, Christian organizations, and technology providers to enhance product offerings and outreach
  • Oversee product development initiatives, ensuring solutions meet the unique needs of Christian ministries while maintaining high quality standards
  • Cultivate a vibrant company culture rooted in faith, integrity, collaboration, and innovation
  • Manage executive team members across departments including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, community events, and in media engagements to promote its mission and vision

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a successful founder, CEO or senior executive within a SaaS or technology startup environment, preferably with exposure to faith-based or nonprofit sectors
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and SaaS business models
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders including ministry leaders, investors, partners, and team members
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, fundraising, and scaling early-stage companies
  • A genuine passion for serving Christian communities and aligning business goals with faith-driven values
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
